Deadpool Marvel Legends 2010

Risotto with porcini mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 people:
- 300 grams of rice
- 200 grams of mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cube mushroom
- parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
- hot pepper (optional)
- oil
- a bit of butter

Preparation:
Let thaw mushrooms for about twenty minutes (if frozen) and then cut into small pieces. Finely chop mettelelo parsley and fry gently in a pan with a little 'oil and, if you are happy with, chilli pepper. Before frying the beaten too much, add the mushrooms into small pieces. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, put water in a saucepan to heat and add the mushrooms die. Then add the rice in a pan with the mushrooms and toast for a few minutes. When the rice starts to stick, add a ladleful of vegetable stock. Stir and let it dry while keeping the broth to a boil.
Continue cooking the rice, stirring with a wooden spoon and adding a ladleful of broth to the risotto slowly dries. Bring the rice cooking, adding broth as they withdrew.
When cooked to completely withdraw the stock and add a bit of butter to make it more creamy. Serve the risotto and then let it melt

Since I remember, September 25th has always eaten the risotto with mushrooms. For lunch or dinner according to family commitments, but we have never missed one. My father loved the mushrooms and especially the risotto with mushrooms. And so September 25, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 we did it.
Today, when I got home, I knew that opening the door I heard the classic scent of fungi to invade the heart. I told my mother: "I did not know whether to do so or not, but then I said is September 25."
